What does the ticket include?

Entry to the full evening — music, grounds, sculpture garden, and a welcome drink. Food is purchased via the coupon system (at the stations or through a table package).

When does the evening start and end?

Doors open in the afternoon. Music runs until late. Exact times will be shared closer to the event.

Is there a dresscode?

Yes — smart casual. Summer vibes, dress nicely. Pick the best outfit from your wardrobe. No ripped jeans, no sportswear.

Can I get a refund?

No. All ticket and table package sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions. Please check the date and details before purchasing. See our AGB for full terms.

Do I need a table to attend?

No. Tables are optional. Most guests move freely — eating at stations, gathering at the bar, exploring the gardens. A table is for groups who want a fixed spot.

How do I get there?

By car. Free parking on-site. From Klagenfurt ~25 min, St. Veit ~5 min, Villach ~45 min, Völkermarkt ~40 min. Take the panorama lift from the parking area up to the castle.
